it's happened to me 3 times at this point
i had a stroke and hearing damage as well
it feels like every experience from here forward will be 2d instead of 3d if that makes sense, it's much harder to be motivated to change my life

Its not uncommon for areas and buisinesses to have mascots that just walk around touristy areas in Japan so id imagine shrines probably have an official policy on the matter but it probably varies from location to location. You could check on some shrines websites if you actually care enough to look into it

i used to do weed and psychedelics
the doctors here are all shit, the plumbing is like 80 years old & poorly maintained
my family is hoarder druggies
i've never had a job so i don't go out much
still, i do kettlebell workouts & i've been in good shape for like 6 years, i just keep having these problems out of nowhere from dust exposure and sleep deprivation and shit
the most i weighed was 143lbs at 5'11"
i'm 124lb now

Oh shit I'm so sorry to hear that anon. It really sounds like being stuck with your family is in a large part responsible for your health issues. Id imagine maintaining a healthy diet and getting sufficient exersize and sleep must be very difficult not to mention the stress you must constantly be under. Is there any way you can try to get your own place even if its in a trailer park or something id imagine finally getting some peace would do you a lot of good. I have no idea how things like unemployment payments and shit work over there but if niggers and junkies can get them there has to be SOME way you can get some help if you are unable to work in your current state?
Im sorry I don't have any suggestions that are more helpful but you should try to contact a social worker or something like that as it really sounds like this living arrangement is literally killing you.

You just need to start small so its not too daunting. Get a shitty part time job where nobody expects much of you so its not stressful then at the very least you will have some structure and time away from home.
I know you are scared to take the first step so just make the step as small as possible without making it pointless, it wouldn't even matter if you barely got anything more than pocket money from the job because you would still be taking the first step in breaking free of the cycle of self destruction you have been born into and raised in.
Just the fact you arent a junkie or dead is already an achievement, don't be too hard on yourself but also don't let yourself be a victim of circumstance. The fact that you have your head screwed on well enough to be aware that continued inaction would lead you to becoming like your folks is a strong indication that you are capable of taking responsibility for your own future and making it out of this.
