I'm somewhat fat (160 pounds, 5'7''). I want to lose weight (I'd say get fit, but /fit/ is for body builders. I don't really want to be a cloud lol), but it's a good possibility I'd end up with their physique. Maybe I should for a rugged, all muscle no body fat look?
