Things are bad here but imo people are overly desperate, hospitals have been having issues with diesel for their power plants because despite having the fuel the goverment knows fuck all about logistics but now that those matters are in the army's hands things should go more smoothly.
The zones in the center of the island are where life threatening situations are, and it's there where a lot of the priorities should be placed, people on the coast are panicking despite having plenty of ammenities. Making huge ass lines for ice they have no critical need for and wasting gas and making huge lines in gas stations despite not currently working.
Also law enforcement was spread thin but now shit is militarized so hopefully deliquency gets an ass kicking.
