Iv been rejected for being able to wipe my own ass before so I know how ridiculous the process is but you can get points in other places without having to lie about not being able to go to the bathroom on ur own.
Also the reason I am encouraging you to apply for stuff now is because you are technically homeless so likely to be able to easily get housing benifit if you put that on the application
