Most people don't eat these. They probably think they're gross, and I can understand that. But they're probably the healthiest food you could eat because its full of Omega 3 fat and all kinds of good stuff. If you're worried about having a heart attack or something, this will probably help reduce your risk of that. Also for as good as these things are they're also pretty cheap. At least as cheap as anything is anymore. You also don't have to worry about Mercury and other contaminants with these like you do with other kinds of fish, like Tuna, because these things are at the bottom of the food chain so that stuff doesn't have a chance to build up in them like it does with larger predatory fish.
