Oh, that's easy. It's because of over-exposure due to some random broad telling them that they have to be specially compensating for you even though you never asked for it which gives off the impression that you're inept. "Ableism" culture is cancer because it's trying to play you up as a victim when the only reason people are antagonising you at all is because they keep being artifically reminded of your existance and get annoyed at the fact. Prior to the 70s or whenever they started tooting this horn, nobody cared if someone was autistic unless they were so disabled that autism was just one of many afflictions they were suffering from.
