>>23276932Fishtank Live, produced by Fishnet LLC, formerly Bigg Toppz Productions, is billed as an internet reality show along the lines of Big Brother. It raised several hundred thousand dollars of investor capital, possibly as much as $1.2 million based on records. It also generated alleged millions in revenue through website integrated payment features.
This was a fraudulent representation. It was used for sexual solicitation on several counts and allegedly drug trafficking also. Perhaps there is no legal quandary with the appropriate consenting and so forth on these grounds.
But I believe the fraudulent representation is unquestionably grounds for all revenue and investor money to be refunded. Unless there was clear and certain acknowledgement by the people giving money to this program, that their money was intended to be used for the sexual and chemical solicitations of the production staff and employees.
Furthermore, I believe that Sam Hyde must be scrutinized as much as humanly possible to determine whether he is who he portrays to be, an extremely devout Christian man who cannot stand even a bit of dysfunctional behavior.
His corporation represents almost the polar opposite.
I have no personal beliefs about feminism or anything of that sort. I just see a company committing immense fraud and possible criminal activities, which are being aided and abetted by unsuspecting persons that have been defrauded and swindled by the aforementioned company and its associates.
