I do reccomend taking a break, its fine to use them occasionally but it was only a few days ago you were saying you had withdrawals after a binge.

You shouldn't really be dependant to that extent after 2 weeks but it seems like you have been taking pretty huge amounts so that could be it.
You should start a taper rather than just randomly eating 10g over the course of a day. Im not very expirenced with phenibut I was addicted to gabapentin then pregabalin so not sure what the equivalent dosages and shit are so best to consult someone else about specifics of a taper.

Cant find any studies on it doing this but ppl iv spoke to who have been dependant on them or heavily abused them feel they do seem to scramble something permanently

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can just do a rapid taper but if you were drinking heavily for long enough before the binge and moved straight to phenibut without sobering up for a couple days you may need to take it slower.
You can taper gabapentoids a lot faster than benzos in my expirence but maybe what I did was risky I'm not an expert on these

My benzo use was always extremely heavy so any time i got addicted I had a rough time tapering. I can still eat like 10mg of alp without blacking out despite the fact iv not regularly taken benzos in over a year and not been dependant for like 8 years
