Of fucking course they don't. There's no practical reason to do it. There's no way they could get enough people on board with the idea to actually maintain a supply. There's no way they could hide it if it was real. There's no way they'd convince people to let them do it.
It's an extremely stupid rumor and you should feel bad for even considering it.
