Realistically, what muscle groups need to be the most developed to combat a surprise knife attack? How strong would my grip and forearms need to be to single handedly keep his knife hand at bay? How strong would my bench need to be to press the attacker against the wall while someone disarms him? Would Squat strength come into play?
