You chose to leave the half of yourself that wasn't Mexican. But I choose to be half of me that is Chinese. Because Chinese people emphasize the relationship of heirs.
And the reason you're complaining about this is because you don't want to accept the fact that you're jealous of me for having a Confucian system of honoring ancestors that makes me part of or connected to a great civilization. But you don't have it.
Instead of accepting who you are, you rationalize attacking others for things you are jealous of or don't have. You create suffering for yourself. And the way you are today is no one's fault, not me, China, America, your parents, or anyone else. It is the karma of past lives. Which may be the same as you now who like to make other people feel bad verbally.
