I decided to finally change my life completely. Currently doing the David Goggins thing of walking and running around like a retard with insane intensity all day. I am still aimless, but I feel like I am doing something.

Wait you aren't doing this outside or on a treadmill?
You should try out a bunch of hobbies that require skills that can transfer into high paid skilled work.
Stuff like Idk woodwork or something
