my first job accused me of clocking in and going straight home
and my current one jusr straight up doesnt care about how much work i get done
they just case about statisics of number go up.
I literally got tickets done as soon as they got filed but according to my boss, everyone including my co-workers has been doing nothing but complain about me behind my back

it sucks donkey dick but jobhuntmaxxing is the only way. Also apply to shit you're overqualified for. Jobs like warehousing, maybe some sort of production work, hell apply at fucking IKEA. Whatever pays your bills the coming period. You don't have to do that forever. But doing that will give you plenty of time to find yourself a job and company that suits your needs.

Ngl, I think American corpo in its current state naturally leads white men to this mindset. I did for me and I quit too. I don’t think the values align anymore and politics is at fever pitch.
