1. The threads are just deliberate space-wasting board antagonism that get necrobumped for months. They don't even pretend to have any real organic discussion or purpose, just low rent smirking that they can get away with it.
2. This behavior is supported by the /bant/ mod as it's encouraged on "cirno day" and they deliberately ignore blatant spam even weeks after.
