I can give you the recipe though
I used meat thats called pork lion (i Hope its the correct Translation) i picked Not so fatty meat from the Back of a pork
Then i seasoned it with pepper, Salt, mustard (austrian one) and caraway and roasted it with Butter in a Pan on Medium Heat for about 15-20min until it has a nice crust (Not cooked trough though)
Then prepare a bowl (idk Something one would make meat loaf in) with Red Bell pepper, carrots, onions and garlic (and Powder Soup Base). Then i Put the meat in the oven at 170C you let it stay there for 2,5-3 hours and use the liquid its placed in and pour it over the meat every 20min
