>>23371766>the night terrors i can very much relate to, sleep paralysis to be more specific, one of them actually felt so much like demonic possesion i seriously considered going to church afterwardsBro sometimes this happens to me in waves and it lasts like, months at a time but it hasnt been that bad since i got back on my ADHD meds. I do still experience paradoxical insomnia where it feels like i can hear everything and im awake all night and rolling around but once i get out of bed i feel well rested
> if you dont mind elaborating on it what kind of shape does those take?Well, before i moved to my own home i was with my mom and tried creating a tulpa of Schrodinger from Hellsing Ultimate and i'd see a figure in the dark glaring down at me with red eyes. I'd also wake up and be unable to move and it would stare at me. Even during the daytime i'd hear voices whisper things in my ear that if i didnt do things it would haunt me again. However they werent bad things, it was trying to encourage me to better myself and my lazy ass refused.
They eventually stopped and when i moved i got into a guy but he bullied me really badly for not wanting to lose my virginity to him by fucking him outside of a relationship (people warned me he was a shitbag and i didnt listen) and they came back really bad. The figures varied but it wasnt anything too specific. I ended up putting up those cringe led lights around the top of my bedroom walls i wouldnt see figures in the shadows but then framed pictures of anime boys i have in my room would wink at me, i have a giant omanjuu that would do so as well and i'd still hear things; some of which were wild like two swords clanging against eachother inches from my ear
