never heard of beans in it, i cut cabbage for my recipe for it because it gives people horrible flatulence, too much fiber.

Mine doesn't have cabbage either. It's pretty simple. Beets, carrots, potatoes, chicken broth, and some pork meat. I was looking at recipes and they are all very different.
