>>23373136I literally have no idea about dental health anymore.
I've spent stints just basically drowned in my own filth and depression for years. Once between 2017 and 2020 and another time between 2023 and mid this year. For these 2-3 year long depressive episodes, I must have brushed my teeth about 10 times in any given year within those periods.
My teeth were covered about 50% of the way in tartar and sometimes I'd chip the calcified bacteria with a whiteboard marker.
I could have had cavities all those times and was willing to accept that reality before I went to the dentist, but each time after I got a cleaning done, all I had was gum recession, but otherwise perfectly intact teeth.
Got xrays done recently and I don't have a single cavity, not even between the teeth and I had significant tartar buildup and my daily beverage was pepsi max.
I have absolutely no idea if dentistry is a scam per se, but a cunt got arrested for learning to do dental work on youtube without tertiary education. The kicker is that all his patients had nothing but good things to say about him.
