I think women dont Like short men who are also skinny because they think maybe He would Not be able to protect them or himself
In some culturs its still OK to kill the husband and then you own His widowed wife or something.
If you think about it a Talk Guy will have longer reach then a short one wich helps immensily in Fights, He could build Up distance while also fighting, and one would expect a tall Guy to have more mass compared to a short Guy with the Same build.
On the Other Hand If you have a somewhat short one but Hes heavy that also brings advantages Like He is more durable and heavier strikes and stronger when grappling someone

All in all i think weight difference in a Fight is More Important then high difference because why Else would there be different weight classes in ufc
