I would lay claim to Meetra Surik, the Jedi exile from KotOR II to be the most powerful Jedi to have ever lived.

*Mastered several lightsaber and Force forms
*Based on her incarnation, wore heavy armor or the robes of Malak and had numerous weapons at her disposal
*Used both Dark side and Light side powers to devastating effect
*Became a wound in the Force but regained her connection to it by literally siphoning the Force energies from her fallen foes
*Fought and defeated countless Sith warriors and Mandalorian warmongers, the three Sith Lords of the Triumvirate (and three Jedi Masters if she was Dark aligned)
