I smoke weed every day but my doctors only care if I smoke tobacco. I told them I smoke a lot of weed and they just said "ok but do you smoke tobacco". what's up with that?

tobacco is inherently carcinogenic and nicotine fucks with your blood pressure and stresses your heart. I'm not even talking about cigarettes which are a whole different level of bad.
Marijuana is only bad for your body if you combust it and even then some of the compounds in it have been shown to kill of certain types of cancer
I'm not trying to say it's a miracle drug but your doctor really doesn't need to know if you smoke pot or not unless you're on specific medications.

I started smoking weed as a response to the full body pain my psychiatric medication caused me. I'm on better meds now, but I still like the pain relief. I only really get a high buzz for like 20 seconds, & only if I hold it in for over 10 seconds. It's a neat experience.

Indica is a calm, "in da couch" feel. Saliva offers an energy boost, but can lead to more paranoia.

It's legal, man.

"tobacco" is on their insurance and government checklists. They don't give a fuck what you're doing. There was also a study done, in the UK, decades ago that pointed towards weed actually somehow coating the lungs and possibly preventing cancer.
