>>23395610Don't think it was cortisol. You just started overreating after basic training
Also cortisol isn't gonna stop your fat loss in a huge calorie deficit like the one I proposed because cortisol itself is a fat mobilization hormone... chronically raised cortisol just proposes issues by fucking up calorie partitioning and promoting too much fat storage in "bad" areas. But 1 - you actually need to overeat in any form to store that fat anyway and 2 you don't have THAT high levels of chronically elevated cortisol. a lot of people live in stress, the best you can do is - to not stress over it. The healthier and fitter you become and better you look the lower you will stress out over things in your life. You've been through things anyway, you can handle it.
Look FORWARD not backwards, learn and grow from your "failure" of weight gain post basic training instead of feeling helpless and defeated because of it.
>50kgYou're like 150cm, if you want to be as pretty as possible you can go way lower than that. I know a girl at 170cm and 50kg who looks what I consider a "model" weight. I want you to be as good looking as possible, because fat doesn't go well on you
>100g protein low calorie magic sourcei guess 2-3 skinless chicken breasts, but you'd have to boil them or fry them with a nonstick pan to not add any extra. Those 1 kilogram tubs of 0% fat greek yogurt have around 100g protein for 600 cals. Protein powder also works but if you're going only protein powder I would spread it out throughout the day instead of 1 meal
>gym progressLegit do not worry about that at all. Unless you're doing sprints it won't affect you. If you lose a lot of fat and lose leverage on some lifts your "max" could go down but you shouldnt even be "powerlifting" that stuff is stupid... just do highish reps (15-20) to failure for the burn, in exercises that you can feel grow and stretch muscles instead of training just the movement and benefit the body
