We don't have commercials on TV for anti smoking. Cigarette packs have pictures of lungs and some other gore and there are many places where smoking is forbidden. The packs images don't stop the smokers from smoking, they don't care. They do stop non smokers from trying out smoking though. Especially if they are underage as underage people get scared easier
