This is the 5th time I have told that story. It achieved on a treadmill mostly, in a bed too, most waking hours. Fast to do other bescessities, but work is good too, that could be taken as taking credit, sounds like it, but I needed to get fit. Games on a treadmill did that. Since lost that fitness. Might get it back if games are good. Some are, I let them be. Wrapped up my PS5pro but nobody seems to want it. Or so good they want me to have it.
