i took this video on phone about 5 hours ago i had to make it a gif to post this was best place i thought to post im on my own and saw this. i know it sound strange but i have internet but no phone im staying to look after friends dogs i dont no what to do. i think its a fucking dead person its dark now i had to walk miles back. i didnt get too close could it just be somone swimming and playing prank? i cant walk to nearest town should i just wait till morning and report it then or is it very important to report immediatly? its so fucking dark here
