The biggest breasts of all are in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and other places around the Caribbean. I'm also starting to see evidence women from Ghana and Nigeria are extremely huge. Some black women in the USA also reach bigger-than-basketball sizes on bodies that are not overly obese.
In short, that image is just bullshit.
