Top down. until interiors. Same visuals, like they were what top down could have been.
Everywhere inside is people's sanctuary. You're invited, and enjoy the nice things, gaining health by seeing anything beautiful. In there though an enemy that will only attack once outside. A spirit, a shrink, someone trying to limit and take credit for what's good. Sometimes sanctuary is just what they have faith in, you, themselves, somewhere else.
Health is spent on speed. You can move fast, and overcome most obstacles when running. Including people.
When still speed is seeing what enemies will do so you can plan a path in which they don't get you.
You try to link good people with other good people and places. Keep the shrinks out of it. The less times you are intercepted, stopped, by what is in between them, the purer the connection. Retrying for absolute purity is beneficial. More health. More, deeper, conversational options. And their sanctuary with less of the enemy as part of them. Or enough good/"evil" the enemy is cured of what they are and become something of aid.
