The conflict you have is African motivational systems have not adapted to "ensured survival" of western civilisation. Since this is the reality, they lose any motivations, or worse, they adapt their situations to their motivational system of survival.

African Americans aren't nearly as hopeless as Australian abbos. The rates of black employment were higher than whites in the 1930s, before the expansion of the welfare state and dropped drastically once they didn't have to work for their "survival", nor do they have the ideological motivation to not accept hand outs.
