My joints are all fucked up, all my shit cracks and pops, my right side bicep and pectoral minor tendon always get inflamed when exercising and my right side shoulder is subluxed, and I'm twenty-three.

I'm gonna try an elimation diet of sorts that removes bread and milk, I think the milk in particular has been fucking me up for some time even though I've had as a food staple my whole life, it alongside processed foods and bread clog my nasal passages which leads to sleep apnea and the feeling of death in the morning, I think it might be the lack of restful sleep since I've noticed when staying up late my joints hurting and being creaky exacerbates, so I probably have some sort of low-grade version of that from sleeping while snoring.

it's good you're making observations and trying things, you can make anything more manageable that way
i've never eaten much dairy, but wouldn't surprise me if the dairy & processed food are fucking with you
