4chan is dying FAST. If you don't do something really drastic right the fuck now to get people interested again this place will die off and so will all of imageboard culture. When 4chan was hacked and went down for a little while almost nobody migrated to other imageboards. Imageboard culture just vanished for the time being. If you want to save imageboard culture and prevent this website from dying off you NEED to make some radical changes and you need to make them NOW. Things you need to get rid of include, but are not limited to:

Many people see they have to wait 300 seconds to make a post and just go to twitter instead. Sometimes when the timer is up and you try to post it resets and you have to wait again. You even have a glitch or an intentional line of code that marks your post as spam if you actually wait out the timer, making it even more likely for people to just give up instead of posting. The glitch can only be negated by opening 4chan in another tab.
>word filters
Not being allowed to post the word soi is really annoying and drives people away.
>spam filters
The only people still interested in this website are shitposters who like to mass reply and troll. By preventing them from doing so you're alienating the only people left who still give a shit about posting here, effectively killing this place.
>hash filters
By banning every TND gore hash you're again alienating the only people left who still give a fuck about posting here.
Things you need to add include, but are not limited to:
>audio streams
Even the sharty has those. Not being able to post videos with sound makes people go there instead.

The /qa/ community is the last new thing that has ever happened on this shithole website. By removing it you're again alienating the only people who still give a fuck about posting here.
