It covers a lot. The beggining is some weird shit I cannot explain, then some illegal traders sing (the "ayy yay yay yay" part, it is some kind of chorus it seems). Then it goes through Polish classics in disco polo versions (really popular genre here, sadly) with some acting, somewhat matching the lyrics. I do not know 0:55 and 1:07, so no idea what are those, especially that the second one is not even in Polish, some Italian or something.
From what I can see, it's just an obscure disco polo music video.
