Treating it as Red-Eyes B. Dragon? Quite useful I do believe.
Hard once per turn? Obviously it would be better without that, but it's not an issue.
But the fact you cannot summon anything else that turn is what makes it so much worse than it could be. I mean it does get used in Red-Eyes because fusion from deck is fucking amazing, but red-eyes just isn't a very good deck. You can FTK with it though if you want to inconsistently annoy people.
