you can find programs like this basically everywhere in the world but there's always some strings attached so i would recommend thoroughly researching it and always prioritising negative stories/reviews over praising because no one would buy negativity online to promote their shit, a similar czech thing was popular here like 8 years ago where you could go study there almost for free but you would have to learn their shitty irrelevant language and also work while you're there and after you've finished studying for some time so i would imagine the chink program also has some details they wouldn't want you to know about before going there

I looked it up. It's only a few schools that offer that, and you have to meet some requirements and apply for it like any other scholarship. And most of them want you to study the regular course material as if you were doing university at home. I haven't seen one where it's just take the language course. Closest one to that that I found was one school offering 1 year of Chinese. You need recommendation letters from your professors and there's probably a bunch of subhumans that applied from all over the world.
