>>23731406I think that the Epstein list among the slough of other disastrous policy decisions shows the whole structure is rotten irrespective of what side you are on.
The republicans started a war that lasted 2 decades so that the mic and their buddies in the oil and development sector a could get richer at the expense of American lives and by taking it from the American citizen. You should see some of the insane expense reports on wiki leaks. Ever heard of the 50 million dollar gas pump?
The Democrats are just as bad. They bailed out the auto sector with GM, again at your expense. They did so under no stipulations, and the gm executives promptly blew through the cash and cried that they needed help again. So what did they do?
Cash for Clunkers. This was probably one of the greatest betrayals of American trust and was what woke me up, personally, to the climate change grift. I was always skeptical, but this sealed it. Cash 4 Clunkers was a program that was launched in America initially, it was to take the old "fuel inefficient and wasteful vehicles" off the road so the new good ones could go on there. They paid some kind of flat fee for a few grand a car without any questions asked. Some people made a killing buying old shitboxes off the uninformed and selling them. Why they actually did it is because the cars were going to be melted down and destroyed. This had 2 effects. Firstly, it removed millions of parts from the pool of available ones for common models. If you're over 30 you probably remember the pontiac Sunfire, the Chevy Cavalier. You still see them but they used to be prolific. These were among some of the models that were scrapped the most. It also removed the option to purchase these cars easily, and made them a less attractive option to buy because of the dwindling parts. Of course, GM stopped producing these parts as well.
Effectively you paid to bail them out, and then they shot you in the foot for doing them the favor.
