It's ok to eat once every 6 months or so if you feel like punishing your body. Like the food itself tastes ok, cheese naan and butter chicken is pretty good. The problem is that every single Indian establishment has the same hygiene standards as landfill, and their food will literally make you shit your pants, sometimes instantly.

I keep some Indian dishes in my NEET meal prep rotation but won't ever order take away. there is nothing difficult about Indian cooking and as far as cuisine goes it's a millennia behind Europe. the hardest part is having a dozen different seldom other used spices on hand and knowing how long to fry onions. that's it. Indian cooking is barely entry level.

The worst part about cooking that shit is probably having to get the blender out, it's not worth it when you can just fry a steak or something. Home made naan probably doesn't cut it. And buying pre-made naan from colesworth is dumb. Just eat steak
