I've been arguing with the Native Camp support center the whole morning and they still won't reactivate my account because my ping is too high. I can bring it down to 230 ms but how the fuck am I supposed to get to 50 ms if I live in Italy and their servers are in Japan? I can't possibly do that, no one is Europe or America gets 50 ms latency, it's fucking unreasonable. I'm at a loss, I've been teaching consistently for a month and my students always confirmed I have a smooth audio and video. How am I supposed to even proceed??? Why are Japanese companies like this? If they keep being unreasonable I'll switch to other platforms.
