i would recommend use a macro tracking app like "Macros calorie counter" to make sure you're doing 80% fats in your diet
after you get the hang of it you can stop using the app but its really important in the beginning to make sure you're doing it correctly
the cool part about keto is you can eat a lot, as long as you keep fat at 80% or greater and carbs at 5ish% and lower
my morning regular was coconut oil in my coffee w/ heavy cream, fried/scrambled eggs in butter (not margarine), with cheese and a whole avocado
but you can see i've now gone paleo with adding fruit like a tangerine + tomates :)
dont think i'll ever go back to eating bread
