i am no stranger to sleep paralysis but this is something different
while the former usually last for about a minute at most the latter lasts for atleast 20 minutes or so
i can kind of move around a bit but i still cant talk scream or make any noises
the weird part however is any and all thoughts i have no longer takes place as an internal monolouge, instead everything i think sounds like its spoken out verbally by some entity in the
corner of my room
it also swaps voices between my own, my fathers and my mothers
i am wondering if this is just sleep paralysis + or if i am having an actual psychotic episode
