Afterwards there will soon be a massive dump of civilization changing technology that will make the internet look like Fisherprice babies first toy in comparison. The thing is to access this technology you will be plugged into the system for life and basically have no free will or privacy and likely no personal property. National identity will be slowly eroded and its likely people will more identify first with the corporation that owns their economic zone and then later when transhumanism goes full swing they might identify with their genetic/brain programming generation like the Nexus 6 model of Replicants.
The thing is that with transhumanism there will be an increasing blur between synethetic and organic to the point that there will be little difference between people who are created by machines or those who are born ogranically and then modified.
The whole trans rights are human rights thing and asigned male and female at birth are just test beds for transhumanist thought to be established and accepted within the culture, in that im sure they forsee problems of transhumanism entering the public consciousness and want to enforce this ideal of equality not for the benefit of the people but to ensure there is a compliant work force of natural born human beings and artificial beings who get along with each other and dont get into fights. If anything a government desiring "peace on earth" is more looking forward to perpetual ownership over everything and an eternal enslavement of mankind along with a perversion of the human spirit toward a superficial beauty increase but a total decline and twisting of spiritual life into something robotic and animalist in the most base and profane sense.
People will view this NWO as something good as they have never known anything better .
