>>23804297First i set up a room with a lock and key.
Then I approach child B and ask to buy the flute for (no more than 10%) above market price. In fact I buy 3. However I require that child B pay a small commission when I resell the flute.
Then because Child A has a level of pride I encourage them to pay triple the market rate (plus taxes) and then write off that I sold 1 flutes to the poor kid (they get it for free) 1 flute to the flute player, and I "buy" the leftover flute I already own from myself.
Doing all this I manage to buy a flute at a 70% discount and have only lost money, i call my local politician, show them my spreadsheet and tell them that if they don't give me money for three more flutes the economy collapses, my non-profit "music for kids" charity will quit giving flutes to homeless kids, and the skills and traditions of this fine country will fail.
The politician then prints me out 10 flutes worth of cash, which I then use to buy 6 flutes, (so no one else cuts into my business) repeating the process.
I have like 6 million flutes now, all silver.
