I work as a state auditor to these kinds of facilities, and most of them hire nurses straight from Africa or India who barely speak English (or Spanish for the facilities in the Rio Grande Valley), and the techs/CNA’s are usually local crackheads and junkies that get hired because they need warm bodies to wipe old people’s asses. So technically, this guy is getting neglected and ignored by Pajeets and Africans while local crackheads abuse him.
