The precedent that now exists is: the us has the right to ignore the sovereign territory of other nations and enforce its /laws/, and it is not an act of war to capture a head of state, it's merely a law enforcement action. And it is very much inclined to do so if it is not getting what it wants via faggy diplomatic means.
