One supposes the chief caveat of racial purity and superiority is genetic-bottleneck, slow-inbreeding if you're feeling salacious, basically, a decrease in genetic diversity results in degradation of a species' physiology (including cognition) and eventually the species goes extinct, or perhaps evolves into a new species entirely, which, if bros with the incorrect melanin composition has ya feelin' some type of way, surely becoming an entirely different species is at the very least worrisome, ain't like ya are guaranteed to become something bad ass like a ape-bear or some shit, you could simply become an ape-pig or an ape-whale. Though, on some sort of remote mars colony it would almost certainly be extinction, though you would probably "devolve" to the point of not knowing how to maintain your vital systems long before the bottle neck sets in.
