I've signed up and paid for Rich Cooper's Alpha Male Unplugged course and I'll be joining other men at a retreat house in the Appalachian Mountains in February. It lasts eight weeks and phones/laptops/all electronic devices are banned. Coach Greg Adams is leading the course and will be our teacher. What should I bring to the mountain retreat?
