I think trying to go to bed as early as possible helps; I wind up waking up at 3am, but if I go to bed at 8pm thats a good rest
Have you tried sleep aids, melatonin, or indica-based cannabanoids? Lighting can also help, red lights induce eepiness. Background noises can help too, like there are cheap bedside devices that can play the sound of rain or trickling of a stream, personally I play "Shoto twitch vods" and just have the sound very low and his voice is soothing even when he is screaming like a little girl because he's playing a horror game.
I think you already mentioned having a weighted blanket... what about a body pillow? Actually holding a body pillow like a body and wrapping your legs around it and laying your head on it like its a chest is pretty comfy and can induce eepiness (or arousal)
Idk what else to recommend but i think getting off of booze is a good goal to have and i believe in you and despite being a weak bottom, I think you're strong enough to kick the habit :)
