sure she broke the law by not following an order to exit her vehicle, at most a goddamn misdemeanor that did not justify the excess use of force AT ALL, no officers were in danger, no members of the public were in danger. the tard who stood in front of her vehicle not only had time to move but also draw aim and shoot her three fucking times.
