Trevor and Andy are part of the weeb mafia, although neither of them has as much power as hibikikid or yotgo. Trevor AKA T runs or used to run some of the /jp/ spinoffs. Andy AKA Catholic Anon is a weeb who calls everyone he doesn't like reddit subhumans.

"The Freak", or more often called "concernbro" in older times, is whoever makes the Weeb Mafia mad. They accuse many people of being the same person, especially if they post a frog image. When the weebs started raiding /qa/ in 2017, they thought everyone who posted a frog here was a certain ponyfucker from /mlpol/. Now they have changed to think every frog is automatically from "/pol9k". They usually have very little idea what modern 4chan is like outside of /qa/ and /jp/ and think most people who come here come to discuss anime, so any meme like pepe that bursts their safespace bubble and reminds them it isn't 2005 anymore tends to traumatize them.
