if you go from not working out to intense workouts, that already puts you way ahead of most people, so don't worry too much about it
but yeah, a lot of people work out once every 1-2 days, it's better to recover for 3 days in between & eat a lot, though...
u get more gains for the same amount of intense effort, if you wait the full amount of time
