then eventually the decadence happens, and asshole monkeys feel they are too good to be the taxation-ed and convince less smart monkeys to elect monkeys who will "lower everyone taxation and make everyone the rich", which is false, but because elect monkeys LOVE to hand out free money to get the elect
them elect monkeys be throwing Benjamins like drunk frat monkey at stripper monkey party, sometimes they call this free money welfare directly, and sometimes they call it security and safety and charlatan other monkeys into believing-thinking it is the absolutely necessary, but really it is just welfare indirectly and EVERY monkey loves getting free money
so society is utopia for a while, then free money happy land kind of "resets"
oh yeah, sometimes rich monkeys think they can be fantasy magical feudal lords free of the taxation and the regulation to not be assholes, but in actuality, the expense of modern warfare and the monkeys who are more collective by nature (or simply not dumb) MAKE THAT PROPOSITION FUCKING DUMB AND INFEASIBLE so to speak
