i had the impression it was sorta nasty, but didn't know many details
it does seem more effective as a painkiller than tylenol, but idk if it's worth it in most cases

both are bad news if u take them daily but acetaminophen is tolerated a lot better for long term use.
neither actually do anything to block pain though, they are just NSAIDs and ibuprofen is a lot more effective than acetaminophen so if u need a NSAID for a few days its an ideal choice.
I'm allergic to ibuprofen so i just stick to acetaminophen and aspirin.

fent and pregabalin is a fairly unpleasant combo but id imagine if you are in pain its a lot better than just taking a higher dose of fent and being half nodding out half having an anxiety attack.
